Welcome to Oak Hall Outfitters!

We are a fly fishing guide service located in State College, Pennsylvania. The name comes from the village of Oak Hall, located a short drive from downtown State College. Along with being home of the Penn State Nittany Lions, State College has been rated as one of the top fly fishing and adventure towns in the United States (by Forbes and National Geographic Adventure, respectively).  It is truly a great area of the country to visit!

Our goal is to provide you with a great fly fishing experience – we guide people of all ability levels, from beginners to seasoned anglers. We are always looking to expand our own angling knowledge in order to provide you with the best instruction on the water. A typical day on the water will include instruction in fly casting and fly fishing techniques, as well as information on some basic stream ecology.

Waters We Fish

We guide on the limestone streams of central Pennsylvania: Spring Creek, Penns Creek, the Little Juniata River, Big Fishing Creek, and Pine Creek.
